Summer Housing

Dear Residents,

This is to inform you that eRezLife system will open the housing application today March 13, 2011 for all students who are currently living in the dorm and who are intending to live in QF Housing in Summer 2011.

In order to complete your summer application, you will need to go through three steps:

• Fill out the manual summer housing application form and this form will be available at FB3 Desk from March 13, 2011. You will need to complete all information required in this form manually.
• Calculate the number of days you will be living in during summer and multiply by the daily housing fees (QR. 50/day) if you apply and pay before April 15, 2011. If you apply after the deadline April 15, 2011 then you will have to pay QR. 60/day. When you find out how long are you going to stay in the dorm in summer. You need to go to Finance at Port cabin# 4, pay the fees and get the receipt.
• Last step is to upload the manual summer application and the payment receipt into the online summer housing application in the eRezLife system. This is the link: https://www.erezlife.com/qatar/index.php?student_login=1.

If you didn’t apply for summer housing so you will need to check out properly from your room not later than May 12, 2011. If you didn’t check out officially from your room and you didn’t return your key and PED you will be charged for QR. 500 for improper check out fees in addition to QR. 300 for lost PED and Key fees.
